Collection, Delivery & Returns

At SWS Hardware we offer:

  • Delivery Service - SWS Hardware ave a UK based distribution centre in Newton Abbot with our dedicated fleet of vans covering Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Berkshire. Gloucestershire, Bristol, South Wales and Herefordshire. Outside of these areas we use a carefully selected courier service. 
  • Many of our destinations now receive deliveries five days a week, Monday to Friday, including Yeovil, Poole, Bournemouth, Bristol and surrounding towns, Weston-super-Mare, Exeter and North Devon, Plymouth and surrounding towns, Taunton, Wellington, and Teignbridge, making next day delivery a realistic option for customers.  
  • Our new schedule will also see us delivering to popular destinations such as Cardiff, Newport, Dorchester, Gloucester and Swindon every week.  
  • Customers further afield can still order their premium hardware and ironmongery throught the website for delivery using our carefully selected courier partner. Delivery is free on all orders over £100.  
  • Customer Collection - Orders can be placed for customer collection via our website or through our friendly sales team and are ready in as little as 3 hours. Order before 3pm for collection the same day. Our collection point is 7 Cavalier Road, Heathfield Industrial Estate, Newton Abbot, TQ12 6TQ.

Delivery charges - A carriage charge of £8.95 is payable, dependent on your location. Free delivery is available on orders over £100. Please call 01626 333900 and speak with the sales team to find out the delivery options and charges for your location.

Returns - If you have a item that needs to be returned to us, please speak with a member of our sales team on 01626 333900 who will be happy to help. Special finish items, bespoke or special orders (non stock items) cannot be returned. Other items may incur restocking charges, you will be notified at point of return.
