Most concealed cabinet hinges are limited to supporting doors of up to 600mm wide and 3.5kg per hinge. Our range of concealed heavy-duty hinges will support doors of 900mm wide and 40kg. Increasing the number of hinges can further enable the support of a door 970mm wide and 53kg.
Wide wardrobe and cabinet doors, marble doors, granite doors and doors with added weight such as mirrors, are examples where the heavy-duty hinge is a must, to avoid doors sagging and falling out of line in the future.
Using just two of our concealed heavy duty hinges can take the load of up to five standard hinges, simplifying installation, saving on time and future issues.
With simple clip-on installation our heavy duty hinges can be adjusted after mounting too. Adjustment screws allow you to tweak depth, vertical alignment overlay and tilt, to achieve that perfect finish.
