Effortless clip-mounting system
The 180SUS works with standard clip-mounting systems. The hinge is split into two parts- one attaches to the door, the other to the frame- and they easily clip together for quick installation. Once in place, the hinge can be adjusted in three dimensions: vertically, horizontally and in depth, ensuring perfect alignment.
Soft-close option available
For a smooth, controlled closing action, the 180SUS comes with Sugatsune’s patented rotary damper. This built-in soft-close feature ensures doors close gently, preventing slamming and prolonging the life of your cabinetry.
100% stainless steel
Constructed entirely from premium 304 stainless steel, the 180SUS hinge offers exceptional strength and resistance to corrosion. It has passed rigorous in-house neutral salt spray test, meeting the 120-hour corrosion resistance standard (ISO 9227, equivalent to DIN EN 1670).
