Commissioned through Keane Brands, SWS Hardware had to meet the criteria issued for a ‘flush low-profile’ look in bronze to this unique basement location.

Recessed flush handles to both faces of the doors and concealed door closers with Tectus concealed hinges provided the solution. All of these items required close coordination with the joinery manufacturers to ensure perfect installation.

Special consideration was needed to ensure robust WC locks which were simple and easy for clientele to use. Setting up a master key system for the end user and all items had to be procured in a short delivery time.

Arguably one of the most unique features of the project is the unique monkey head handles which now adorn both the front and back doors to Dover Street and Albermarie Street.

From the initial design by Keane, SWS Hardware coordinated the manufacture of these stunning door handles. Made from solid cast brass with an awesome antique finish, these so aptly present the superior class and theme that is to be experienced within.
