In conjunction with dowels and liquid adhesives, the KD Furniture Connector allows legs and rails or furniture components to be assembled at once, rather than assembled in parts over several days whilst the adhesive bonds, greatly increasing production efficiency.

The Zipbolt furniture connector allows the housing to be placed over the shaft easily engaging the thread, positioning the housing at the correct height even if the hole bored is too deep.

A reduced housing size also permits the housing to travel within the accommodating 25mm hole tightening the joint while the two wood members are already connected.

These connectors can also be used on stairs as a connector for handrails.
